RETURN POLICY

- All items are non-refundable.
Defective or damaged items may be returned within 14 days for store credit and it will be applied to your next order automatically.
Any returned items without notice, PINKTOWNUSA.COM will charge a restocking fee of 30% and rest 70% will be returned as store credit.

- Faulty Products
  If you need to return a faulty item, or an item received as a result of a mistake by us, we will be happy to pay for the item to be returned to us. If this happens, please contact Customer Services first, and we will advise on how to return the product to us.
